How it works

Our programs

I’m so glad I found Coach Brad when I moved to Seattle! I came to play rugby for the Seattle Saracens and found Brad through my teammate, Jennine.

I was searching for a nutritionist and decided to sign up for the weight program too after hearing about Jennine’s success with Brad.

In a few short months I’ve made huge strides in my strength and power that I’ve already seen translate to the field. The workouts are easy to follow and challenging, while also being adaptable to my constantly changing rugby life. The meal plans are straightforward, which makes meal planning simple even with a hectic schedule.

In addition, working with Brad remotely is a breeze. He is always available to provide constructive criticism and answer questions via text or phone calls. His feedback is concise enough so that I can easily apply it without being overwhelmed when learning something new. He is a stickler for form, but I know it has made me a much better athlete already.

I’m looking forward to my future goals that I overcome with the help of Coach Brad!

Who We are

The Outlier Fitness Project (The OFP) was created for those who think outside of the box, and are willing to go the distance with their training and nutrition goals. Why are we outliers? We are not afraid to move away from the faddish and antiquated approaches to fitness, and practice what we preach.

The OFP was founded by veterans seeking ways to continue to serve outside of the military. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best workout programming from our combined 30 years of physical fitness training in the Army and Marines, degrees and certifications in sports science, and personal training.
