Do you need that extra edge to compete at your highest level? Do you need a program that works for your sport? You are at the right place.

Our coaches have over 20 years of experience training athletes from a wide variety of sports. Time and again our programs have produced top level teams and individual athletes. We periodized each program to revolve around your competition schedule and ensure you are performing at your peak when you must. We program a large amount of olympic lifts that have been shown to increase your rate of force production that is needed in almost every sport. Athletes have very little time to produce force and rarely reach maximal force, so if you provide more force faster than your opponent you should be able to win the battle. Who this is for 

This program is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced athletes of any age and any sport. We individualize each training program for the need of each sport. We recommend, at a minimum, you have some familiarity with the power clean, power snatch, and push jerk. It is not required to be familiar with these lifts but the learning curve will be much lower and that will lead to faster results. You will need to have access to a gym or training facility 4 to 5 days a week that are set up for olympic lifts. It does not matter if you are a pro rugby player or a high school soccer player we provide you with a program that will aid you in your quest to get that last edge on your opponents.

Program includes 

The athlete program includes an initial consultation and assessment, explanation of the program, weekly check-ins, body weight monitoring, and end of program assessment and adjustments. Program is sent in excel format.

The OFP workout spreadsheet
The OFP workout spreadsheet clearly defines the lifts, weight, and reps each workout and day. Our spreadsheet includes a fatigue scale that is filled out once a week for your coach to analyze and make adjustments to keep you training at your max.

What is the benefit of working with you and how can it benefit my particular sport?

We have experience with numerous sports including rugby, football, soccer, softball, runners, bikers, track and field, baseball, basketball, and volleyball just to list a few. Our programs have been shown to increase rate of power production, maximal strength and muscular endurance based on the goals of the sport. Our weight training and metabolic training programs are individualized to the athlete and the sport.

What can I expect from your programming?

Our programs are periodized based on time of the competitive season and the goals of each sport. Our programs rely heavily on the Olympic lifts but also include supplementary lifts to reduce injury and enhance performance of each sport.

I see Tom Brady, Michael Phelps, Aaron Judge, etc are doing such and such work out. Why don’t you offer those programs?

Those individuals are in the top .0001% in the best genetics in the world. The reality is they can do about any form of training and they would get results and be the best because of their genetic gift. Most people need a sound scientific program to get them as close to their genetic limit to be able to compete with the highest-level athletes in their sport and at their level.
